John Duwe – Customer Service Represenative

John brings over 30 yrs of data processing experience in the financial industry, most recently serving as company Vice President, before retiring from the position in 2011.  John’s experience and skill set has been a true “game changing” find to OneClick.  He is able to quickly and effectively identify a problem with a client’s computer, properly diagnose it, correct it, and verify it.  John has been able to revolutionize our residential service offerings which has resulted in a product that is second to none in the industry and, most importantly, leaves our clients beyond thrilled with service that simply can’t be found elsewhere!  John has spearheaded our Antivirus product, giving our customers real time protection that they can finally count on – all with local, personalized support and care.  Moving forward, John plans to further expand OneClick’s residential service offerings and will lead OneClick’s efforts as we expand into even more local markets and service offerings.  In his spare time, John enjoys all forms of being outdoors.
